Day hike description
Join us for a relaxed social hike through some of East London's most interesting green spaces, waterside paths and historic docklands, finishing with an exclusive axe-throwing session overlooking the Thames.
We'll begin outside the V&A East in Stratford before making our way through the beautiful landscapes of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, exploring the waterways, bridges and iconic venues left behind from the London 2012 Olympics.
From there, we'll continue to Victoria Park, one of London's most loved green spaces, before taking a stroll through the lively Victoria Park Market. We'll stop at a beach-style riverside bar where there's an opportunity to relax, grab a drink and enjoy the atmosphere before continuing our journey.
The route then heads south through the Docklands, passing historic canals, striking modern architecture and impressive waterfront views. We'll follow the Thames Path towards Tower Hamlets/Towhill, enjoying panoramic views across the river as we approach our final destination.
The Grand Finale: Axe Throwing!
Our hike concludes with a one-hour instructor-led axe-throwing experience.

Whether you've thrown an axe before or are giving it a go for the first time, it's a fantastic way to round off the day with plenty of laughs and a little friendly competition.
All participants receive a full safety briefing and coaching from our instructors before throwing, and an instructor will be with us throughout the session.
All participants are also required to sign a waiver before taking part which I’ll send in due course.
