Join us for a relaxed social walk along one of London's most scenic riverside routes, finishing with the ultimate reward: Puppy restorative / Yin Yoga! πΆπ§
We'll start outside Battersea Power Station Underground Station before taking a leisurely stroll through Battersea Park, one of London's most beautiful green spaces. From there, we'll follow the Thames Path, passing historic riverside landmarks, rowing clubs, green spaces and stunning views along the river as we make our way west towards Mortlake.
This will be a friendly, social-paced walk with plenty of opportunities to chat, take photos and enjoy the riverside scenery. Whether you're coming on your own or with friends, new members are always welcome.
The Main Event: Puppy Yoga!
Our destination is a Puppy Yoga session in Mortlake.
Puppy Yoga combines a gentle yoga class with puppies roaming freely around the room, providing plenty of opportunities for play, cuddles and puppy interaction while you practise yoga. According to Puppy Yoga London, spending time with puppies can help reduce stress and boost feelings of wellbeing through increased oxytocin and reduced cortisol levels. [puppyyoga.london]
No yoga experience is required. The focus is very much on having fun, relaxing and enjoying the company of some adorable four-legged friends.
